Wing Chun is a realistic technique of self-defence which uses the force of the opponent.
Without following strict rules, the Wing Chun fighter reacts with fast techniques to the opponent’s strikes. This martial art does not require specific physical conditions and can be learnt by everyone. As Wing Chun uses only a limited set of basic skills which can be combined in multiple ways, a high level of self-confidence in the practice of this martial art is easily achieved. With growing experience and with specific techniques the consciousness and the body will develop in such a way that the fighter can answer to opposing attacks by reflex action.
